In our initial consultation, we will discuss your vision for the project. We get very clear on what it is you want to achieve and if we will be a good fit to work together. We can assess your budget, review any current plans, and approvals; and/or develop a design brief.

If plans are not available, we will provide you with our Design & Build Proposal. We can then complete a full site measure, have your land surveyed and commence with your plans. We meet in our design studio or at your home with you and bring up the initial designs in real-time and note any amendments, discuss options to enhance your design to exactly suit your needs and ensure it complies with all council regulations.

Once you are fully satisfied with your design, we proceed to create a comprehensive project tender that encompasses all your specifications and includes ample provisions for your desired finishes.

Once the final tender pricing and your approved design are in place, it's time to initiate the approval process. During this phase, we solidify your final selections, colours and finishes while also completing all necessary documentation for construction. This step culminates in the formal construction tender, ensuring all aspects are ready for the construction phase.

We take care of all site requirements and construction begins. Your site manager will meet with you every month, send you updates on a weekly basis, and you get access to our portal where you can see exactly what is happening on-site every day along with a bunch of other cool features like your selections, progress photos, budget and much more.
